Delivery

We offer free shipping on rugs and delivery takes 2-8 working days for rugs that are in stock. As standard, the rug is delivered to the door/property boundary. If you as a customer cannot receive the delivery at the agreed time, you will be charged a new shipping cost or an alternative return cost if you have cancelled the purchase.

We currently only deliver to Norway, but aim to deliver to more places in the world.

Stylescape AS is responsible for any damaged or lost items during transport to the customer. The customer is responsible for the item during any return. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the rug is properly wrapped and returned in good condition. 

Stylescape AS is not responsible for unclaimed packages. The customer will be charged the cost of return shipping and any additional administrative costs. 

Return

If the customer wishes to cancel their purchase, they must clearly notify Stylescape AS about this before the cancellation period expires. The customer will be charged for the return cost. The customer must provide their name, address, order number and other relevant information. The customer can notify Stylescape AS by sending an e-mail to post@stylescape.no.

When purchasing a rug, a 14-day open purchase period applies, provided that the rug is manufactured in one of our standard sizes. To be able to return a product, it must be in unaltered condition with all labels intact. You are responsible for packing the return securely so that it is not damaged during transport. The customer covers the cost of the return and there is no right of return on rugs with special measurements.

When purchasing customized measurements on a rug, you have three days to cancel the purchase before production of your item starts. After the production has started, there is unfortunately no possibility to cancel the purchase. 

For custom-made rugs or orders exceeding NOK 20,000, the cost is paid in advance, but you can cancel or change your order free of charge within three working days of placing the order. 

Return cost

If you wish to return an item, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Please note that the item must be unused and with all labels intact. Refunds for the returned item will be made to the original purchaser's payment method after the return has been received and authorized by us. 

Stylescape AS is not responsible for any transport damage when returning an item, so please send the item back well packaged.  

Return cost for rugs in Norway is NOK 499. 

Send an email to post@stylescape.no no later than 14 calendar days after you have received your goods. Once we have received and approved the return, it will be refunded within 3-5 business days to the payment card used for the order. Alternatively, your invoice will be cancelled.

Remember to keep the original packaging if you wish to make use of our return policy.

Complaint

If something is wrong with your item, make a complaint by sending an email to post@stylescape.no as soon as possible after the fault is discovered. Describe the fault or damage in as much detail as possible and attach photos of the damage. This will enable us to assess your case in the best possible way. We will then contact you as soon as possible for any compensation or return. Any payment will be made within 30 days after the case has been finalized.

The customer has a 2-year right to complain about goods purchased on www.stylescape.no in accordance with the current Consumer Purchase Act.

Stylescape AS reserves the right to reject a complaint if it turns out that the item is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer purchase law. Furthermore, Stylescape AS always follows the Consumer Council's guidelines. 


Transport damage

If your item is damaged upon delivery, this must be documented by you immediately and reported to Stylescape AS within 24 hours. Inspect the parcel properly before accepting the item and signing the delivery note. If the parcel is damaged, ask the driver to note this on the delivery note before signing and make sure you receive a copy. 

Before signing the delivery:

  • Review the outer and inner packaging that the item came in. If there is any damage, ask the driver to note this on the delivery note before you sign it. 

Send the following to Stylescape AS within 24 hours of receiving the item:

  • Picture of inner and outer packaging
  • Picture of the delivery note from the carrier
  • Picture of the item with damage
  • Text describing your case
